  • Can work in the hospital with a limited permit license as a student respiratory therapist
  • Lucrative Career: Bureau of Labor Statistics expects this profession to continue to grow 23% by 2030. Currently, there are 1200 positions available in Ohio - 345 are in SW Ohio
  • RRTs work with babies and do transport. The RRT is there for the first breath of life and physically touches babies, as they use technology and skills to stabilize and save lives. They work with patients of every age. 
  • RRTs care for patients from the waist up only.
